Lansdale officials are asking for more money from Harrisburg to pay for upgrades at the borough waste water treatment plant.   The application for H-2-O Pennsylvania funding approved last June totaled $556,000.   Borough officials are increasing the grant request by almost 50% to cover issues that have come up since the original was filed.   Borough Engineer Chris Fazio says state officials could make a decision next month.   If it wins the grant, the borough would need to come up with about $67,000 in matching funds.   That money would come from a bond issue approved earlier this year.
