Montgomery County detectives have made a big drug bust.   Police arrested 49-year-old Phyllis Butterfield Friday after a thousand bags of heroin were found during a search of her apartment on Franklin Street in Norristown.   Some cocaine was also seized during the raid.   Butterfield is being held pending arraignment.
