A state agency has turned down a request from Upper Gwynedd for a grant to pay for improvements at the Nor-Gwyn Pool, located in the township’s Parkside Place complex. The improvements, largely required by federal law, include upgrading the pool, sidewalks and changing rooms to make them more accessible for people with disabilities.  The township plans to re-apply for a grant in the next few months.
