Three Face Charges For Skinny Dip Photo Shoot

A Perkasie man and two young women are accused of staging a nude photo shoot in the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek, near Mood’s Covered Bridge in East Rockhill Township. On Tuesday, August 23, Pennridge Regional Police responded to a call about a man taking pictures of two nude women in the creek.  They had left by the time police got there, but a witness had taken a picture of the man’s license plate.  Police traced it to 60-year-old William Marshall.  The women were also at his home.  Police charged Marshall with disorderly conduct and conspiracy to commit indecent exposure.  They charged the women, 20-year-old Brittany Gilbert of Beverly, New Jersey and 20-year-old Morgan Woods of Philadelphia, with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
