A Winning Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth more than $800,000 was sold Monday In Montgomery County. The Cash Five ticket, which correctly matched the numbers on five balls, was sold at the Lukoil gas station on North York Road in Hatboro.  The winner has one year to claim the jackpot, and the lottery encourages the ticket-holder to sign it on the back and call to file a claim.  The retailer gets a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
