The Horsham Rotary Club has vowed to raise $75,000 to help the township pay for a new pavilion and playground at Kohler Park, next to the township building and community center on Horsham Road. They would go between the existing pond and dog park.  Groundbreaking is planned for April, and the improvements could be finished by the end of summer next year.  The master plan for the 71-acre park calls for dredging the pond, stabilizing the banks along Park Creek and building new restrooms, but those larger projects will have to wait until funding is available.
