See A Show, Wine And Dine In Ambler

wnpv_arts_entertainmentThe Marketing Associate for the Act Two Theater in Ambler says business is pretty good, despite the recession. Bill D’Agostino says the borough also has plenty of places to wine and dine before and after the show.

“It’s very easy to make a night of it, to go to a restaurant and come to our show.  Our subscribers actually get discounts at the local restaurants, and we have a number of great restaurant partners that they can come and visit.  There are just so many high-quality delicious restaurants, everything from great Italian food to Irish pubs, restaurants like Trax that serve local sustainable food.  It’s just a wonderful community.”

D’Agostino says the Act Two Playhouse is on East Butler Pike, two blocks from the Ambler train station with restaurants all around it.  He appeared Thursday on the monthly Transportation Edition of the WNPV talk program Comment Please by Univest.
