Slot machine gambling at the Parx Casino in Bucks County is paying off for homeowners in the host township. Bensalem gets a share of casino proceeds to fund its Homeowners Assistance Grant Program.  Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo says all homeowners will get $300, and seniors and disabled people on fixed incomes of less than $20,000 per year will get an additional $150.  He says those who want the extra $150 have to fill out an application, and the checks will go out in October.
