The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board unveiled its new prototype Fine Wine and Good Spirits Shop Thursday on Lower York Road in New Hope. In a design based on customer feedback, it features a central service area where shoppers can browse, taste products and get help with food pairing, party planning and responsible hosting and consumption.  The store is also environmentally friendly, with energy-saving LED and compact fluorescent lighting.  It sells re-usable bags for the first time in LCB history, and it has done away with plastic bags in favor of paper.
